Dwight Lane started his Radio career during his junior year in high school. A native of Blanchard, Iowa (population: 73!), he graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 1980, with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Dwight and his wife Pam went to 4th through 8th grades together, but after she moved, they didn't see each other again for nearly 30 years.

They got married June 17th, 2006.

Dwight's son Dallas is 25 and his daughter Valerie is 22. Pam's son Ryan is 21, and her daughter Sarah is 17. Dwight has served in communities at radio stations in Iowa, Missouri and Virginia before moving permanently to Nebraska in 1983. He was in the Omaha radio market for 21 years, and two years in Lincoln radio. Dwight's a past Chairman of the Nebraska Broadcasters' Association. He loves being on "The Bull ," 10am to 3pm weekdays, and filling in if needed on our sister-station 840 KTIC. Dwight likes spending time with family and being outside as much as possible. ( His friends and colleagues say that Dwight is "virtually useless" when it comes to computers and technology!). He loves friendly people, and likes hearing from listeners.
